Backyard Access Required for Irrigation Repairs Aug. 18th

We’re excited to announce that starting Monday, August 18th, 2025, your newly elected HOA Board, US Site Services, and Essex Property Management will begin a community-wide irrigation system repair project. We’re excited to announce that starting Monday, August 18th, 2025, your newly elected HOA Board, US Site Services, and Essex Property Management will begin a community-wide irrigation system repair project.To complete this work, access to all backyards will be required between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday August 18th

Please ensure your backyard gates are unlocked and easily accessible this day during these hours. We ask that you put your pets inside your home for the safety of our vendor workers, and the safety of your pets.This access is very important—each irrigation valve need to be located to ensure the system functions optimally. Without access, the repair and programming process cannot be completed.

We truly appreciate your cooperation as we work to restore a fully functional irrigation system for the entire neighborhood. We’re eager to get started and look forward to delivering lasting improvements to your outdoor spaces.
